Manufacturing process and setting method of alloy high-pressure reducer

{1} The production and processing flow of high-pressure reducing pipes

High pressure reducers are usually formed by reducing and expanding the diameter, expanding or reducing the diameter, or by stamping. The stamping process is mainly aimed at high-pressure reducing pipes with special specifications. The shape of the stamping die used can refer to the design of the inner surface dimensions of the alloy high-pressure reducing pipe, and the steel plate after cutting is stamped and stretched into shape using the stamping die.

The expansion process of high-pressure reducing pipes is mainly aimed at solving the problem of large diameter variation of high-pressure reducing pipes that are difficult to form by reducing diameter. A pipe blank with a diameter smaller than the large end diameter of the high-pressure reducing pipe is used, and an internal die is used to expand the diameter along the inner diameter of the pipe blank for forming.

The shrinkage forming of high-pressure reducing pipes is to place a billet with the same diameter as the large end of the high-pressure reducing pipe into a forming mold, and then press it along the axial direction of the billet to make the metal move along the mold cavity and shrink into shape. Due to the varying sizes of diameter changes in high-pressure reducers, their shrinkage forming can also be divided into single press forming or multiple press forming.

Sometimes, depending on the material and product forming requirements, the methods of expanding and reducing the diameter are combined and used. In the process of reducing or expanding diameter deformation and pressing, cold pressing or hot pressing is determined according to different materials and diameter changes. In general, cold pressing is preferred, but for cases of severe work hardening caused by multiple diameter changes, thick wall thickness, or alloy steel materials, hot pressing is highly recommended for the production of high-pressure reducers.

Seamless high-pressure reducing pipes are made of malleable cast iron and are used for connecting water supply pipelines, steam pipelines, gas pipelines, and oil pipelines. The seamless high-pressure reducing pipe is black in color, with a right angled bend, and is of poor quality and not easily damaged. The specification of carbon steel high-pressure reducing pipe is 1/2-10 inches, and the product is widely used in pipeline installation, installation, and supporting equivalent labor in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and power.

Seamless high-pressure reducing pipes have high hardenability after welding and are prone to cracking. The seamless high-pressure reducing pipe has a simple production process, low cost of consumption, and is widely used. The main raw materials for the consumption of seamless high-pressure reducers account for a large proportion of the cost of seamless high-pressure reducers, and changes in their price directly affect the cost of seamless high-pressure reducers. If the same type of stainless steel stamping elbow is used for welding, stop preheating above 300 ℃ and slow cooling treatment at around 700 ℃ after welding. If the welded parts cannot be subjected to post weld heat treatment, seamless high-pressure reducing tube welding rods should be used.

The roundness of seamless high-pressure reducing pipes should not exceed 1% of the corresponding end outer diameter, and the allowable deviation is ± 3mm; the centerlines of the two ends of seamless high-pressure reducing pipes should coincide, and the allowable deviation is ± 5mm. The strength of seamless high-pressure reducing pipes is generally higher than that of straight welded pipes, and they can use narrower billets to consume elbows with larger diameters, and can also use billets of the same width to consume welded pipes with different diameters.
