classification

manufacturing process
Hot pushing forming: Using a dedicated elbow pushing machine, core mold, and heating device, the billet placed on the mold is pushed forward by the pushing machine, heated, expanded, and bent into shape during the movement. This process is suitable for manufacturing carbon steel elbows with large diameters and thin wall thicknesses.
Stamping forming: The earliest forming process applied to mass production. In the production of commonly used specifications of elbows, it has gradually been replaced by hot pressing or other forming processes. However, for certain specifications of elbows, stamping forming is still used due to small production quantities and excessive wall thickness or thinness. This process is suitable for single piece production and low-cost manufacturing of small batch, thick walled elbows.
Mid plate welding: The mid plate is made into half of the elbow section by a press machine, and then the two sections are welded together. It is usually used to make elbows with a diameter of DN700 or more.
